Ive lived here for just over 2 years or so. Never had many issues till recently. Somehow mice have been finding their way into my apartment and have put in multiple work orders and the pest guy comes to get them but they keep reappearing. The last time he came he told the office that our apartment was in bad housekeeping and that was causing the issue. My apartment is no way in bad condition or in bad housekeeping but something needs to be done if there is a rodent problem that isnt the cause of the tenant.
Kids from across the highway enter the pool areas constantly. Tonti hires security but they do not monitor pools after 6 pm. The noise is unbearable when 10 plus kids are in the pool area with no adult supervision. I've lived here 5 years. Issue has never been resolved.
Units are nice, but you cannot have someone else pay rent for you by check in case of emergency...you have to use a money order, they don't take 3rd party checks. Took a whole week to fix my microwave (a major appliance) which turned out to be a 5 minute fix.
I live here presently. Since moving in, I've had a major leak from rain that still has yet to be fixed and it has been 6 weeks. Then my car was hit the other night and when I called the office, Mary offered zero help when I asked if she could pull the camera tapes. Hoping the property manager will be better because the office staff is less than knowledgeable.
