DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS. They will try to be nice and the first time you try to talk down to them or make them mad they will take your money and kick you out. I've heard so many bad reviews of this apartment saying it's infested with cockroaches and rats etc.. from the outside they look pretty nice. My boyfriend and I were approved for their 1 bedroom, today was supposed to be the day to talk about the apartment and actually see the one we were going to get building F number 29, needless to say we couldn't make it ... read more
Do not rent from here. Roaches, ants and termites. They even put make shift walkways so you can get into your unit when they don't tell you that there will be construction.

SLUMLORDS, they are in the business to rip people off. Cockroaches are a huge problem, the management is beyond rude, Mrs. Moreno is the worse and has no business in as a manager. Hope this place gets shut down by the health department. Taking them to small claims to get my money they owe me. Check out the complaints with the Better Business Bureau!!
Please do not rent from the Mark Twain apartments! When I tried to rent an apartment from them I was told I needed to put three hundred dollars down to hold the apartment that was nonrefundable. I was also told that the apartment would be ready by a certain date and I put more money down toward the apartment that is refundable, and it wasn't ready I was then given another date when it would be ready and it wasn't I was then given a third day that they said it would be ready and once again it was not, and yet again they tried... read more
