If you are a crackhead or an immigrant from Mexico than Mark Twain is definately a place to call home. Bring your brillo pads, baking soda, and green cards and get ready to sign a lease. Mark Twains Managment is horrible, maintenance is even worse, and the community is what makes you regret every single day of living here.
I lived in these apartments for 2 yrs. When we moved in we were promised replacement windows but we never got them. The stove never worked right-we had only 2 burners that we could cook on and the stove even started messing up. The carpet and linoleum was old and the carpet was dirty. We were constantly having problems with the dishwasher. The maintenance man, who was not from America and could barely speak English, had a problem with women.
