Dr Watkins may be a great doctor and deserve 5 stars, but customer service in the office could improve. When you have a loved one getting a stress test and family are waiting 4-5 hours, out front, can’t someone let us know st least after the stress part, how they are doing?Smiling and making jokes only go so far!
This guy is off the chain, a Rock Star. One of the nicest guys I have ever met. Forget about his profession, a nice guy. His office runs like a well oiled clock. Have been five times and without exception ON TIME every time. Thanks Doc, I appreciate you and your staff.
Wonderful physician. Never treated me like a hypochondriac as another cardiologist did. Believed me when I told him my symptoms and even though tests showed no heart problems (as with the other cardiologist) decided to do a heart catherization to make sure there was no problem. I ended up needing a triple bypass surgery. By taking that one extra step, I feel like he saved my life. He has a wonderful bedside manner and listens to every concern I have. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
Very well informed on current medical procedures and practices. Caring. Takes time to explain.
