Knowledgeable without be condescending. Offer advice and options. Answers questions fully. Ask questions when I looked confused.

Excellent care with provider
Once again, Dr. Ryan showed concern and care to me and my concerns. He offered advice and procedures to help with my pain other than surgery.
Dr. Ryan and his staff are the best.
Dr. Ryan explained what was causing the pain and what he thought was the best way to deal with the pain in an easy to understand manner.
This visit was very disappointing. Ryan had been recommended by a family member and came with raving reviews. So with anticipation, we scheduled a new patient consultation. However, he was far from excellent. He never greeted us by name. He came in just proclaiming how “bad” everything is and did a poor job explaining what was going on and why he is not able to provide a service.
