Dr. Ryan explained what was causing the pain and what he thought was the best way to deal with the pain in an easy to understand manner.
This visit was very disappointing. Ryan had been recommended by a family member and came with raving reviews. So with anticipation, we scheduled a new patient consultation. However, he was far from excellent. He never greeted us by name. He came in just proclaiming how “bad” everything is and did a poor job explaining what was going on and why he is not able to provide a service. Had an issue with shoulder and my PP had me contact Dr. Ryan. Dr. Ryan had x-rays taken and gave me information on his findings. He gave me some options and we both agreed on a shot of cortisone. The shoulder is doing fine.
Very good experience. Everything was explained well in regard to my medical situation.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ryan's for many years and of the now retired Dr. prior to Dr. Ryan. Dr. Ryan listens but, also hears what my issues and concerns are. He takes the time to explain his assessment and course of treatment. I do however wish he would have shared the x-ray images from the visit with me as images are not available on My Chart for the patient.
He was very knowedgeable
Dr Ryan was superb - he went over and above with his handling of the injury, what he was going to do, what he did and was very upfront about concerns and follow up care. Best doctor that I have seen in many years.
Dr. Ryan is extremely personal and takes his time to listen to my concerns. He has done two knee surgeries in the past and I feel very comfortable returning to him for any new orthopedic concerns.
