I have been a patient for 33 years. The office experience is good and waiting time is short. The Doctor is very competent, answers all questions in an understandable manner and takes the time to get your prescription right. It is clear he cares about patienst and that it is important to him to do a good job. They stand behind what they sell and have strong relationships with the manufacturers and get broken items fixed quickly, usually at no or little cost. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
The doctor was quiet but very professional. They have more eyeglass options than I have ever been offered at another doctor's office. I get so many compliments on my new glasses and it is not a style I would have tried on my own but I love it. Staff were very helpful.
