Highly highly recommend. I have had several occasions with back and hip issues. His technique does not require extended periods of treatment But he is highly skilled and really gets to the root cause and treats it with precision; like he can feel where it hurts. It’s amazing to me. He has taught me stretches to do to address the pain BEFORE calling him. They have worked on their own a few times. I am a triathlete and ultra distance runner. I had left leg pain for a year and tried PT, acupuncture, stretching etc. I came to Mark on a recommendation and explained my issue. He performed two sessions of ART on my leg and the pain was completely eliminated. Thank you Mr. Magic.
Dr Mark has helped me out for acute pain relief. I recommend him, he is expert at Active Release Technique.
