One of the most apathetic, patronizing and condescending providers I've experienced. I saw her in place of my PCP who was out on leave for some serious, acute symptoms. She showed no empathy. She took extensive notes, only to provide contradicting conclusions. She mandated through her assistant I come in for an office visit for referrals for specialists that my PCP (in that office) already directed me to see. Caring, calm & thorough. I can't possibly explain how much that was needed.
It was a pleasant and informative visit; the physician’s nurse staff was delightful, patient in her explanations to my questions, also she was genuinely helpful.
I had a Telehealth appointment with Dr. M. He is very knowledgable about my medical needs. Has been working with me about 5 years.
Dr Neal is an excellent Doctor. Very pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. You never feel ‘rushed’, takes the time to explain any condition or treatments. Any referrals to a specialist, if needed, are prompt. She maintains a proficient office staffed by a wonderful team here in Lago Vista.
He was reassuring about the long term progression of my condition.
