I am seeing him for Thyroid Cancer, he is awesome. He cares and explains the course of treatment well.
It is evident that Dr. Stesin cares about his patients. However, appointments are very rushed and last less than 15 minutes. They have felt like a waste of time, money and PTO as he does not provide guidance or make changes. I also have had many negative interactions with the front desk staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Stesin’s for many years. He is a great, caring physician, However, I frequently have problems getting my Humalog insulin refilled. They need to contact OptumRx to refill it. It is difficult making contact with anyone there. Every time I order, I get a message back from OptumRx CANCELLING my order because they never heard back from his office. called to make a request and was denied. not sure if she was qualified to say no immediately for such a simple task. she dropped the ball. patients first and last.
I have been seeing Dr. Stesin for several years and he is one of the most caring, knowledgeable and current Physician's I have worked with. He explains things in terms that normal people can understand and has an approach that gives a patient a good feeling when working with him.
He is very knowledgable, took time to answer all my questions. I have never been able to replace him, he knows what he is doing well over my other doctors. He stood up for me when other drs. were not out for my best interests, and kept making mistakes with my really rare med conditions. I would do anything to good to him, and restore my name and best function with my health, safety and well being. He is a godsend.
Dr. Stesin has always made me feel like I am important and cared for. He is very encouraging to me which is important to a patient with diabetes. I think the staff is like family. They know what they are doing and they do it well. I trust my life with Dr. Stesin and his staff.
I have been a patient of Dr. Stesin for 20 years. He is very thorough, patient and kind. He really listens to his patients and always takes time to answer questions. As a Registered Nurse and a patient of Dr. Stesin, I give him my highest recommendation.
