I called to ask questions and "Kim" could not be bothered. Plenty of other offices offer customer service. No worries, I will try them. UPDATE: Thought maybe she just had a bad day so I tried again since this office is so convenient for me. I think I woke her up. LOL. Stand by the 2 stars.
