Bad customer service and a very inexperienced agent. They are the worst. The most stressful experience selling a home I've ever had. I will never use them again. Avoid.
Mark Spain Realty Company Was hired by my husband and I, on June 1st, 2025. They were released/fired by us June 9th, 2025. The previous statements in the reviews were true./ They truly earned their extremely low reviews. They come back with several extremely low offers( intentionally done). To try and force you to sell your home with them as a realty company so they collect commission from your home sale.
