Dr. Shekhman performed a total knee replacement of my right knee in March of 2024. I was very afraid to have this operation. He gave me other options that I could try first. Over the span of 10 years my knee joint started pushing out to the side when I walked making my leg look bow-legged and causing pain and a lot of difficulty walking. Dr. Mark Shekhman is a 5 plus star doctor! He is an extraordinarily competent and kind orthopedist. He not only listened to me - he "heard" me and accommodated my individual needs. I had a long overdue need for a hip replacement. Dr. Shekhman performed the surgery.
