I have been going to Dr. Shalauta for years and have been extremely happy with my experience. Aside from his medical expertise, Dr. Shalauta cares, listens, and somehow manages to respond to my messages (via MyScripps portal) within a day despite his busy schedule. Now my husband has Dr. Shalauta as his primary care doctor as well.
I'm a health care provider (Doctorate) for 30yrs and I can attest that Dr. Mark Shalauta is one of the finest physicians around. My family members and I have been his patients for several years now and we are pleased with his service (as our PCP) , his compassion and thorough nature. Zero stars if that is possible. He's NOT-such-a-great-doctor if your skin color doesn't match his. Other people he could care less. You go in and tell him of your issues: he will tell you run 1 million tests(which costs thousands of dollars at Scripps lab, after the results he will say take this medicine. Come see me if you want more. Done. just a gatekeeper of the medicine. He could careless about what you are going through.
