This company is so unprofessional and HORRIBLE to work with. Our company was subcontracted to do HVAC work for the homes they were building, never got a deposit and they did not want to give out progress payments. Once we stepped away from the job we prorated the job for the work that was already done along with all the materials purchased and Mark Scott Construction wants to back charge to wash away the balance that is due. I have researched that apparently they do this to other contractors and not just our company.
