This place is never busy when you make an appointment. I've never waited more than 5 minutes. You're in an and out of there in less time than it takes to drive there. Dr Sargent is very nice/wonderful bedside manner. Office staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
Phenomenal human with an even better care team. I’ve been with Dr Sargent for years and I won’t go anywhere else. He is thorough, kind, personable and deeply listens. I have never felt dismissed or ignored. He delivered my first two children and I was devastated when he couldn’t deliver my third. I am instantly at ease with him and his whole team. Highly recommend!
I am 66 years old. I started seeing Dr. Sargent about 2 years ago. I have never in my life seen an office run so smoothly. Absolutely no waiting. Dr Mark Sargent has a wonderful bedside manner. From the front desk to the back I give them 10+stars
Kind, patient, smart, he took his time to explain everything. Dr. Sargent is an true anomaly among doctors, he actually spends quality time with his patients, listens, and really seems to care about each one. So glad we found him.
Dr Sargent was great. Normally these visits are not the most comfortable but he made me feel calm, relaxed and he was very professional and caring. Took his time to address my concerns and made me feel heard. Now that I'm an established patient - I will be back!
