Visit was for Hazel Always professional and gentle.
Dr Sargent is very caring and has great patient/doctor communication skills. He ask if I had any complaint and even crackd a joke which made me relax. Have been very happy with him as my GYN Dr.
A few weeks ago, I needed to find an OB/Gyn quickly for a potential life threatening issue. While most doctors were backed up for months, I was able to get in right away to see Dr. Sargent. Perhaps that should have been a sign? Three visits and two invasive tests later.. I'm fine, but will not be returning to this office again. Sargent's nurse, Lindsey, was unempathetic towards me with an abrasive, "better-than-thou" attitude. Is very rough and will not put you to sleep for a gynecology procedure even when you have had trauma in the past. Just letting everyone know it’s okay to get second opinions because I found an amazing gynecologist who actually was very understanding of past trauma and put me to sleep for my procedure.
Dr Sargent has always treated me with respect and I feel like he truly cares about any issues that I am experiencing. He listens and doesn't make me feel like I am being overly sensitive or dramatic about what I am experiencing.
