Dr Sapienza is an outstanding physician. He is professional and kind and took time in thoroughly explaining the procedure preoperatively and going over results postoperatively. The staff at the center were all compassionate and efficient and the center was cleaned very frequently.
I had 2 knees replaced by Dr Shah. I know 2 other people who had joint replacements equally satisfied as me. I would appear @ his office w the list of questions, if any, and was patient answering them. His staff was supportive and helpful. I traveled from Sayreville and others from Toms River based upon recommendations from others. Thank you, Dr Shah!!

Dr Shah is efficient in his use of time, but listened carefully and fully answered my questions. He is an outstanding surgeon and did both of my hip replacements. I am fully functional today.
I had hip replacement surgery with Dr Shah. The surgery and recovery was seamless. Dr Shah and his staff were very attentive and always available to address all of my concerns. Dr Shah's staff also prepares you well for what to expect prior to and during your recovery that really helped me tremendously. Dr Shah was wonderful! I had the best experience with him. My surgery was scheduled for January 20. The doctor scheduled to do my knee replacement moved his practice and didn’t realize he no longer took my insurance. My primary doctor said “Go to Dr Shah, he does wonderful work.” And he did. DR. SAPIENZA IS ONE OF THE MOST CARING DOCTORS I'VE EVER MET. AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. HE TAKES HIS TIME WITH YOU, LISTENS WELL, AND ALLAYS ALL YOUR FEARS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO SOMEONE WHO NEEDS HIS SERVICES. HE HAS THE BEST STAFF, ALSO. WONDERFUL!!
Always a pleasant experience when I need to see Dr. Sapienza in the office or for a colonoscopy. He and the entire staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. The care is exceptional. I do recommend Dr. Sapienza to anyone who needs a great gastroenterologist.
