The staff and process of checking in for the procedure was very accurate and smooth.
It might be considered a little flaky to tell the world that my endoscopy/colonoscopy procedure was a pleasant one, but I'm happy to report that Dr. Sapienza and the ENTIRE staff made it so. Had colonoscopy, this was my 3rd one done by Dr Sapienza, he takes the time to explain everything that will take place, answering questions I had before and results after procedure, I felt comfortable with him and his staff they put any worries, anxieties I may have had at ease, I want to thank Dr Sapienza and all his assistants, staff for making my 5-year colonoscopy a pleasurable experience and gladly recommend him to family and friends.
I had a colonoscopy by Dr. Sapienza on Friday, July 23, 2021. The doctor, staff and facility was professional and courteous. the facility at 270 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, NJ was clean and modern. The digital sign-in was safe, adapted for Covid-19 precautions. The procedure was on time as well. No one looks forward to a colon exam, but it is a necessary procedure to maintain good health. Dr. Saienza, and his entire staff, are extremely professional and courteous, thus making the process and procedure as easy as possible.
Colonoscopy- outstanding job done in highly professional manner. All staff & doctors introduced themselves, asked about my current health/welfare & kept me at ease.
