I wouldn't hesitate recommending Mark's real estate services to anyone. I chose him on a recommendation, but ultimately because his name is quite synonymous with Tahoe Real Estate. I recognized his name as being fairly prominent in the market over a decade ago (sorry, I'm revealing a bit of your veteran caliber, Mark). So I thought, ok, let's roll with it. We are so lucky we found Mark as a realtor for our first home! His expertise made us feel so comfortable when shopping, he never pressured us to go in on home that wouldn’t be right for us. He learned what styles we liked, what things we desired in our home, and our budget and tailored our search around that. I can’t believe we found our dream home in this crazy market. I truly don’t think we would have been able to without Mark as our realtor.
