Dr. Jose Lazo is a very unprofessional dentist. He wrote a letter to my father who is a patient there for about 3 years now that was very unprofessional as doctor. Me and one of his staff members got into over the phone due to her not being able to answer questions in regards to a bill being sent to me. I rec'd my explanation of benefits from my insurance company stating that i rec'd services on a certain day which was untrue. my father did not receive those services on the date he stated.
