My experience with Dr Talbert and his office has been atrocious. I do not recommend at all.
I was referred to Dr. Mark Talbert by my fantastic urologist Dr. Boris Havkin. Regrettably, Dr. Talbert may have ruined my body. 2 Hernia surgeries and I'm worse than I was before. My hernia returned a couple of weeks after the 2nd surgery and I went to have a CT scan performed. When I returned to the doctor's office (I had to schedule, they never called me) to review the results and move forward, they wouldn't let me see the doctor because I had to pay another co-pay. Office failed to inform at time of scheduling that first visit is a consult only. I was under the impression I would be treated same day and paid my co pay. The doctor's nurse practitioner asked where the area was that I needed removed and then went to front to check my insurance coverage. When she came back, she said I would have to reschedule because it was late in the day and since they were closing soon they didn't have enough time to call for pre-authorization. Dr Talbert is the best and knows his stuff. Very professional and cares about his patients. Would recommend to anyone in need of a surgeon.
Dr Talbert and his team are a well oil machine, nothing but praise for him and his team. Kudos to him for service to our country too!
Dr Talbert treated for triple hernia and performed surgery on me. His office staff is excellent and friendly. Dr Talbert is not a chit chat doctor - but excellent at getting to the point, telling you what you need to do or what he will do in simple terms, and answer any question you may have. The clinic where he operates is amazing. I will write a separate review on that. Thanks Dr Talbert for taking care of me.
He cut a hole in my bladder during surgery and then closed. Three days later I had to go to the ER. Spent 20 days in hospital after 11 days in coma. Had surgery in three other hospitals to repair the damage. I suggest any othet6 doctor.
Dr. Mark Talbert is a compassionate and highly skilled surgeon. He performed my laparoscopy colon cancer surgery in October. I was home the following day with excellent results.
