13 years of fear...now I found the dentist to put me at ease I have not been to the dentist in over 13 years. Being a 26 year old, it is a little embarrassing to have this crippling fear of the dentist. Today, I had my chipped tooth fixed by Dr. Jensen. I was so scared. He and his assistant had a calming presence. After taking a valium, laughing gas and the numbing gel, Dr. Jensen came into the room to start is work. I felt absolutely nothing! Dr. Jensen is amazing. Dr. Jensen's a great dentist Totally positive. I went to Dr. Laney from 1969 until he retired. I then switched to Dr. Jensen and have been very happy with him and all his 'crew'.
Excellent Service 14 years of great service. Previous post doesn't seem credible. Dr. Jensen has always been very courteous. Laney has retired and Dr. Kansaneros (sp?) is great too.
Bad Attitude Very dissatisfied. He hit the nerve when he gave me a shot, I tried to get him to stop but he did not. He said something like " you have to just let me do my job". Then his assistant took forever to fit a temporary crown, causing TMJ pain to flare up. On my return visit got upset with me for questioning him. One good thing, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was great. I will never go back.
Excellent Excellent service. Very thorough and professional in everything they do. My first cleaning their was intense and the best cleaning job ever I experienced. My previous dentist used a sonic tooth brush for cleaning my teeth and that was it. You won't get that here. 10/10 in my book.
