Broke down Sunday just passed Camp Verde, Firebird towing picked me up very quickly. We got dropped off at the hotel, I then left messages to a couple mechanic shops. Mark's wife called first thing in the morning got the Radiator and was replaced before are check out at hotel. Very nice people great service great price, thank you for helping me get home.
Mark had my Audi for almost 3 months. Finally get a call that it is done and was not. Wasn't even drivable. Ran worse than when I dropped it off. Had to limp it to another shop. No communication, doesn't know what he is doing and still thinks he's doing me a favor. Stay away from Mark and Express Automotive. Service sucks, prices too high, communication non-existent
We had a horrible experience. We were referred by auto zone. The clutch went out in our Rav and we took it to Mark over 3 weeks later his wife and Son drop it off. The power steering pump had been pried on according to the next mechanic and it caused our serpentine belt to shred. We had to replace the power steering pump. He also left part of the sway bar off and the bolts that hold the brake calipers were missing this was causing a loud noise when braking. I brought my car to Mark and he was able to diagnose my problem and fix it. Days later, after he had fixed it, my dash repair lights came back on that I thought he had fixed the problem. When I reached out to let him know, he ghosted. I had handed him cash the day he fixed it, and asked him for an invoice, which he took down my email address and said he would.
