Would you recommend this internist to others? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Would you recommend this internist to others? Absolutely Not

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Would you recommend this internist to others? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile
