Great first time visit with Dr Ray. Took care of all my needs in one visit. He took his time, listened and offered advice. I have been looking for this type of Dermatologist for a long time. Great job doc and staff!

I would like to share a very disappointing and upsetting experience I had today while trying to schedule a dermatology appointment with Dr. Mark Ray, MD, at the clinic located at 2601 Little Elm Parkway, Building 1. This morning, I called the clinic to request an appointment for a dermatology concern. The front desk receptionist did not take my full information, did not ask any relevant questions, and abruptly disconnected the call without scheduling an appointment or offering any assistance. Mark Ray, M.D. is the best dermatologist I have seen in my 63 years. He and his staff are so friendly and take a personal interest in you. Procedures are quick, painless, and effective. Great music selection in the office, as Dr. Mark is a music buff. We are moving out of the area next spring, and Mark Ray, M.D. is someone we will genuinely miss having as a health resource!

I went to removed dark spots on my face and hands first time in his office.I asked him how much does it cost to remove dark spots. He said that 12 spots will cost me $130 so I agreed but the results he charged me $350 But the dark spots never went away so I called the office made an appointment for remove the same spots he had done.
