He was very unfriendly and uncaring. He did not take time to listen or explain my condition and left me feeling hopeless. He treated me as if I was an annoyance in his day and he could not wait for me to leave. I would give him zero stars if I could.
Dr Mount is by far one of the worst ENT professionals I have encountered with. He Completely lacks empathy and a level of care needed for the type of work he does.
Would not recommend to anyone. Clearly disengaged from his practice.
I marked this rating with one star because it was required for publishing this opinion otherwise i would have scored Mark Mount zero. I was a patient of Mark Mount. I have absolutely no respect for him as a physician or a human being. He made unwise decisions for my condition (obstructive sleep apnea) and I trusted him until i couldn't trust him anymore. i am the one to suffer. He really didn't care. I changed physicians.
Dr. Mount performed my son's tonsillectomy and removed his adenoids. Mark was very professional and I would recommend him anyone.
I had an extremely unpleasant appointment with Dr. Mount. The condition for which I saw him was a big ambiguous, so I was understandably disappointed when he couldn't offer a diagnosis. However, the reason I am rating him poorly is due to his bedside manner. He had absolutely no empathy for me, especially since I've been in pain for almost a year now. His bedside manner is lacking -- I felt like I was just another chart in his day.
