Carol at the Front Desk is not very friendly at all. Very difficult to deal with and do not care much about their patients. She has the worst attitude I have ever seen and I have heard she is the Doctors Wife. I will be transferring my records.
Dr. Gordon is an okay doctor if you can stand to deal with his wife Carol after you are given treatment. The customer service is poor and I have never seen a person that deals with the public who has an attiture like her. I will never see this doctor again, nor refer him to any of my friends or co-workders. She is totally unprofessional and lacks character and class.
You will love this dentist, as I do. He is thoughtful, careful and very knowledgeable. The office is well run and they help with all the insurance challenges.
Dr. Gordon is the best doctor I've seen. Everytime I went to the dentist, I would be accused of not flossing/brushing my teeth properly. After going to a different dentist, Dr. Grubbs, I was referred to Dr. Gordon and he diagnosed that it wasn't hygiene but genetics that was causing my gum issues. He told me that if it was hygiene, the issue would occur to all of my gums. When he looked at them, the diseased area was next to a perfectly healthy area. When my dentist retired I was told by the replacement team that I needed several thousand dollars worth of preidontal treament. I sought out Dr Gordon for confirmation and he told me my gums were heathy as of that day and saw no need for further peridontal work. We talked about dentists and the need for full xrays including bone xrays to ensure there was no bone damage. While I have not had the bone xray yet I am very happy to have seemingly saved several thousand dollars worth of treatment.
Excellent patient care and knowledge. Very comfortable environment that puts you at ease. Highly recommend.
Seem very well organized and told me exactly what needed to be done.
