I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Pomerantz. He is professional, courteous, and thorough. It may sound silly but even the way he introduced himself to me as "Mark Pomerantz" made me feel at ease. I felt that he not only listened but heard me out, and I left his office with a very peaceful feeling regarding the diagnosis that I was worried about for so long, which other doctors only made me feel worse about. I appreciate his expertise and calm nature. Highly recommended.
I have been a patient of Dr Pomerantz since 1997 when I had a Heart Attack which resulted in a Quintuple Bypass. Here it is 20 years later and I am still here. Dr Pomerantz and his staff have taken care of me the whole time. Their service and skills are fantastic. I highly recommend them.
I have been a patient of Dr Pomerantz for well over 10 years. He as always demonstrated a high level of competence and a friendly, compassionate manner. He responds to messages in a timely manner answering questions and/or providing prescription refills when necessary. is office staff is also very good at what they do.
Classic patient oriented physician who gets to know his patients on both a personal and professional level. Is very receptive to evaluating patient's suggestions as to care. Very prompt in communicating when necessary by email. Staff are extremely relaxed and coureous.
This provider not only failed my mother once, but 3 times and we had to change her provider. He was arrogant, as to her care, and because he needed to prove himself correct, when he wasn't right, and didn't order the testing she needed on her visit before she was admitted to the hospital without a phone call from my sister. He never told her that he took her off of medications in the hospital and my mother had a bad reaction from the new meds when home. He does not listen and hates questions.
