Dr. Plunkett has been my eye doctor for several years. He is very competent & compassionate. He provides clear explanations about the eye problems & relates correcting them to my vision goals. His staff is engaging & caring; they perform their tasks efficiently.
I traveled to Austin to take my college daughter who was having very alarming eye problems to the ophthalmologist. We unfortunately got Dr Plunkett. He was rude from the minute he walked into the room. He would talk over me when I was trying to ask questions. He dismissed my concerns and tried to intimidate me with medical terminology he knew I did not know. I feel Dr. Plunkett does a thorough exam and I trust his judgement.
He is an excellent eye specialist. Does amazing eye surgery. I am 100% satisfied with him as a professional and as my eye doctor. The whole staff there are very friendly and very capable. Very pleased !
