Mark Pinilla’s class, “Understanding the Florida Lease and Service Animals,” was outstanding. I learned so much about rentals, as well as service and support animals. Mark explained everything clearly, and I’ll definitely be attending more of his classes. Highly recommended!!!

Mark’s customer service is horrible, rude and cocky. Never answer phone calls, text or emails and when he finally does answer after many days trying she give you sarcastic answers. Would not recommend.

Mark Pinilla was the property manager where I resided in Coral Gables for 2 years. Mark was extremely diligent, professional, and worked with an extreme sense of urgency whenever we needed help. He made the entire process of being a tenant smooth and stress free. He answered any calls immediately and knew how to take care of any problems, big or small! I would highy recommend him to manage any property. Thanks Mark for being on top of everything!

I utilized Mark's services to rent out my condo on the beach. He was very professional and detailed with finding the right tenant. I was very impressed with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor!
