Dr. Bridenstine is a pleasant and very professional doctor to deal with. Communicates well and always ready to answer question.
Dr. Bridenstein is not a good doctor at all. He does not follow up with his patients to review labs or medication changes. Communication is key to being a good doctor. My daughter is going to medical school to be an MD and Dr. Bridenstein is the example I give her of what not to do as a doctor. I will never go back to him again. My primary care doctor gives me better treatment for my hypothyroidism!
DANGEROUS! REFUSED to listen to patient ESPECIALLY history! INCOMPETENT!!! Staff, especially the nurse taking vitals, rude and incompetent! HORRIBLE experience on initial visit! Will find new provider. A TOTAL FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Bridenstine is a great doctor. He actively listens to your questions and has the answer to most questions without having to go do research on the computer. I am very happy with his services. But his OFFICE STAFF is absolutely the bottom of the barrel, most horrible staff I have ever had to deal with in any doctor's office, bar none! They managed to completely botch a prescription that I had been using for over a decade. This review is NOT for Dr. Bridenstine himself. He is great and I have no problem with him. It's the office management, Banner Health itself and the entire process/system. It is absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone there and you are being run around various messaging/call center people and it takes days, and often times weeks to get prescription or referral or any information.
