Dr. Naftanel is my favorite specialist I have come across. I don’t say that lightly. He is thorough, confident, incredibly clear, and explains in detail the “why” behind what he is saying. Not only do I feel like my dermatological needs are fully taken care of, but I feel much more educated and confident about skin related issues simply from talking to him. He is kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable.
Mr. Naftanel was late for the appointment and did not even mention nor acknowledge it. I also was thrown off when he said "we don't offer any cosmetic solutions". So, who should I go to for my Rosacea, broken capillaries, hair loss, etc if not my Dermatologist? Needless to say, this visit was a waste of time and money. I wish he had taken a deeper interest in my skin concerns. Perhaps a lessons learned.
Excellent customer service. Takes the time to talk to you. Explains procedures. Everything you want a Dr to be. And the staff! You can tell tgey love that department.
