These guys are the most honest and trustworthy group of auto repair techs I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Take my XC-70 Volvo there whenever I have a problem and know i won't get screwed. I would recommend them to anyone!
My tire light came on - took it there, they checked it, said it's just the light, the tire's fine. It kept staying on ; they checked it again - It's fine, don't worry. Finally took it to a real tire place, and they were able to tell me that the TPMS had gone bad. Replaced it for less than $20. Mark can change your oil, but tires? Not so much.
They were so great in doing my oil change, in and out quickly and cheaper than the "advertisetised express " lube guys!!!!
Have all my vehicles serviced and repaired here! Excellent, accurate, and well-done! Always do exactly what they say they will when! Highly recommend!
when I have radiator fan broken, they test blow fan and told me it works and charge 80 dollors if I told them radiator fan broken. when I change engine oil, they start to drill under my car. they told me screw pin hole damage, so they put bigger pin. in next oil change service, they refuse the service because screw hole was damaged. I claim them you guy drilled and put bigger pin. they told me that is why they can not servce my car any more. they said the hole was damaged, so it can be damaged again. They really went out of their way to help me out, I appreciate their honesty and making my car as safe as they could.
Mark Muffler is great! They are very quick when changing my oil and always very nice. Once, I pulled in to get my oil changed and my car wouldn't start after they changed it. They sat with me for over half an hour trying to get it to start even adding gas to my tank. They didn't charge me a dime extra for all the stuff they did to get my car started. I always take my car to Mark Muffler.
Took my vehicle in for a check engine light and an oil leak. They said it would be done same day. They lost all my info and I had to call them twice to check on my vehicle. They did not fix the oil leak. they did change the oil, and plug a loose wire back up that was causing the check engine light and tried to charge me 100 bucks. Diagnostic tests are free at any auto parts store, why do you have to pay for them at your mechanic? A loose wire...I'm sure that took hours to plug in.
