Extremely rude staff. When I called the day prior to see if I could come in earlier than my scheduled appointment I was told 'yes come at 11' When my husband arrivered with our son who was there for a follow up to check on his ear infection, they turned him away and said this was the not the correct time and they were very rude about it. It took a full month to get his insurance switched to a new provider and when we finally got him to the new dr, he had a double ear infection so now we have to start over on antibiotics, fol... read more

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
