During an annual maintenance visit, another firm told my parents their furnace needed to be replaced. So doing our due diligence we opted to get 3 estimates. Mark went over to my elderly parents home within a couple of hours of receiving our call with the expectation of giving an estimate for replacing the furnace. We just had a wonderful experience with Josh at Mark Mechanical for a boiler service at our home. Josh was on-time, polite, direct, and efficient. He answered all my questions and explained the service in detail. The company also scheduled much quicker than others in the area and the price was more than fair. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
Woke up to my A/C throwing a tantrum in the middle of a heatwave. I called Mark Mechanical expecting the usual “We can fit you in next week” routine—but nope! I have used Mark Mechanical for about 8 or 9 years. Came recommended through a good friend. Anytime I have an issue they are quick to respond, affordable, and do quality work. I have even had them walk me through issues that are easily resolved free of charge. They are by far the best on the Western Slope!
