We have had Mark Mechanical replace our water heater in a very timely and professional manner. And now they are working with me to figure out what is going on with my finicky boiler. Mark and Josh are as professional as it gets. If you want a reliable company to help with your water heater, boiler, air, etc. you absolutely can't go wrong with these guys. During an annual maintenance visit, another firm told my parents their furnace needed to be replaced. So doing our due diligence we opted to get 3 estimates. Mark went over to my elderly parents home within a couple of hours of receiving our call with the expectation of giving an estimate for replacing the furnace. We just had a wonderful experience with Josh at Mark Mechanical for a boiler service at our home. Josh was on-time, polite, direct, and efficient. He answered all my questions and explained the service in detail. The company also scheduled much quicker than others in the area and the price was more than fair. Woke up to my A/C throwing a tantrum in the middle of a heatwave. I called Mark Mechanical expecting the usual “We can fit you in next week” routine—but nope!
