I recently purchased a Honda Civic. Bart (sales) and Josh (financing) were great—professional and easy to work with. The service department, however, has been extremely disappointing. During the test drive, the car couldn’t leave the lot due to brake issues. I was assured everything obvious would be fixed before purchase, so I moved forward. That didn’t happen. I had a great experience buying my new Lincoln Navigator from Freddie and Josh. Great customer service and great teaching on how to use all the new technology and equipment. 10 out of 10 Update after four months of owning my car I have a busted speaker. The Massage seats went out in the second row and my passenger side window glass cracked in the 26° weather in November.
