Told me my engine had internal engine failure. Got my dealership involved and all of a sudden it was only the oil filter causing the problem. Their communication skills are horrible.
Not only did I buy my first KIA Soul at MMKia in 2010, but when I saw the new 2016 fully loaded like I really wanted, Mike, Jeff, and the crew made me the proud new owner within 5hrs.
