I waited about 30 min to be seen, which is an improvement right there, but most importantly is I got the help I came seeking. Dr. T listened to me, talked to me and explained to me what I need to do. All to the point, clear no bs.
I took my Mother to an appointment that was scheduled for a certain time. We arrived on time, but waited for close to 45 minutes. My Mother is disabled and uses a walker. They didn't even try to accommodate her.
