Highly knowledgeable took time contacted me personally which I like
Dr. Pizzurro changed my life by doing a phenomenal job replacing both of my knees. I move now on the paddle court like I did when I began playing 25 years ago. And not only did he deliver a great result, I never had any doubt that he would, because his bedside manner and everyone on his team was top notch. Forever grateful.
Professional and friendly
I was disappointed that Dr Pizzuro did not review my situation with me. Did not explain his projected procedure. Was rather impersonal.
Dr. Pizzurro was empathetic when his examination caused me to experience pain. He discussed my condition with me and suggested a solution (gel injection) which he administered quickly and painlessly. As in the past, a good experience with a doctor I trust.
Knee revision surgery on 9/08/23. Five months later I am unequivocally worse than after the 1st failed surgery. For months I explained something was seriously wrong (experience from the first failure) and was met with massive derision and gaslighting. The 1st surgeon ran a gamut of tests to locate the issue. Mark is so arrogant he didn't even run an x-ray at our last and final visit. Dr. Pizzurro is a very experience caring physician. I recommend him for any of the orthopedic surgeries he performs.
I was highly pleased with Dr. Pizzurro's skill and explanations about my surgery.
Dr. Pizzuro is one of the best orthopedic Surgeon, I was very worried about the pain after the surgery but his pain management after the surgery was so good that I dont feel too much pain after the surgery and my knee is healing beautifully.
