My grandson Nicholas needed a new battery for his watch, and not only did they replace it for free, but they also gave him a one-year warranty on the battery—such an unexpected and generous gesture! I was genuinely impressed by the staff at this jewelry store. I came to them with a problem—my only pair of glasses had broken nose pad holders. I didn’t have the money to buy new ones. I was very angry and stressed about the situation. I had no nerves left and very little money. But they repaired my glasses and didn’t even charge me a cent. I’m amazed. It’s unbelievable!
Great place fixed my wife’s engagement ring
My wife and I stopped in at Mark Loren Designs today (2/27/25). I had an issue with closing the back plate on my wrist watch and my wife had concerns about her wedding ring and whether the diamond's prongs were secure.
