Mark Lima is the broker of my choice based on his performance as buyer's agent around mid April 2024. He was an energetic, patient; and knowledgeable individual to represent my wife and my interest throughout the purchasing phase. Additionally he has been an effective source after moving-in phase of house procurement by recommending variety of trades men for upgrades or fixed. Mark and his team were absolutely flawless in helping me work through a family estate as it was located not near myself. He managed to single handily help me clean out the home, stage estate sale, clean and prep home, stage for listing and in a matter of a few days , not weeks, have the home listed and sold at a full listing.
