This is not a rage review—it's intended to help prospective patients understand my experience so they can make an informed decision. In my opinion, I felt that patient care was not the primary focus of this practice. While I understand that medical practices are businesses and need to be profitable, I was frustrated by what appeared to be unnecessary delays in treatment and procedures that I believed could have been handled more efficiently.
