The doctors there are good, Physical therapists are also good, but the front desk people are not good at all. Once at physical therapy office in Westlake they forgot to renew my referral, and I missed 2 weeks of treatment because of that. This time I cannot get a new referral instead of the one that expired. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Richard Ferkel and his office. The biggest issue was complete disregard for patients’ time and concerns. The office felt disorganized and unprofessional, with long wait times and little to no communication about delays. Patients were left sitting for extended periods without updates, and staff seemed indifferent when asked for basic information. What was most concerning was the lack of care and accountability.
