I'm a health care provider who attempted to schedule my adolescent son for a new patient eval. This was my experience. I was provided ample amount of intake paperwork to complete, which I did, also providing private information including the requested credit card information. I had to transfer to The Ruben Center Psychiatry. I was so amazed how fast the staff answered all my questions . They were so nice , made me feel welcomed and caring . I have Dr. Nicolas Ahrendt as my doctor , I felt he showed compassion and caring just like the staff . I would highly recommend them if you ever need there services .
