My husband had problems after esophagus endoscopy. The phone # on discharge paper was wrong. Called dr’s office and was told they would call right back. Two hours later I called again, had to demand to speak to a nurse and finally did after being put on hold a long time. Dr. Was not available so we were told to go to hospital ER. He can’t eat or drink, can’t hold anything down, we are very disappointed about the lack of care after the procedure.
He was very nice and put me at ease, the whole staff was great!
Our family has used Dr Nightengale for years. Top notch in our book.
