We never actually got to see the doctor so this review is mostly to the facility. My husband had a consultation today at 10:20. We showed up 30 minutes early as requested. He waited from around 10:00 (after registering) until 10:20 and was taken back to an exam room, everything right on time so far. At 11:20 he hadn’t even seen the nurse practitioner let alone the surgeon. No one had even had the courtesy to advise him there was a delay or apologize for the wait. I would like to share how grateful I am for Dr. Mark Johnson and his staff! Below is my story about my accident, but first I would like to sing Dr. Johnson’s praises!
