If I could give zero stars, I would! I called explaining my 13 year old hearing history. Told them everything. The secretary made the appointment. We went to the appointment. l explained everything again to the doctor, even saying I have a current hearing scan. And that we were looking to get her some hearing aids or a hearing device. The doctor wanted to do a hearing scan on her. Okay, fine, New Place probably needs to know what her hearing scan reads. We get done with that. Mark Kripal fitted my husband with entry level hearing aids even though we told him several times he had worn hearing aids for over 40 years. Twice we went back complaining he could not hear anything and he would tell my husband he needs to train his brain. I called Sonic company and they told us those hearing aids were for entry level folks. He charged us $1000 even though they wouldn't work for us.
