Dr. Kogan is kind and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions, and he gave me options on how to proceed with my treatment, I really appreciate that.
One problem they need to correct is a terrible phone answering-replying system. I had to spend 2 hours to get through to make an appointment. It's the software not the people.
Office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Kogan always explains in easy to understand terms.
