Wow, what a team...Mark and Karla did not disappoint. They sold our home just as they planned. They listed our home on a Monday with Wednesday Realtor Caravan followed by our first showings, 'appointment only' on Sunday. The Buyer Agents were requested to submit their client offers on Wednesday for our consideration and acceptance by Sunday. Done! Met Karla & her uncle on the Golf Course, found out she & Mark were Realty Agents, so asked them to visit my wife and I to talk about possible sale of our house, they came on time to appointment, no paper work, just discuss what WE wanted, very nice, very professional.
