Dr. Kegan looked at several skin abnormalities on my face and scalp that I pointed out and said they were nothing. The two areas would not heal. I went to a dermatologist in Minnesota while back for the holidays who reviewed the exact same locations. All were determined to be Erythematous keratotic capsules. (Pre-cancer) All eight areas were treated with a Liquid Nitrogen Sprayer to remove. I do not agree with Dr. Kegan and will never see him again. Did not even like his office personality.
Dr Kagen did not diagnose me properly. He did a skin exam on me and said everything was fine. I pointed out a couple of spots that were concerning to me , and he said they were nothing to worry about . I went to another practice and they diagnosed one of my spots as basal cell carcinoma (confirmed by biopsy). I had the tissue removed. I would never go to this practice again.
Dr Kagen was through and knowagable. The entire staff was friendly and everything went seamlessly. Highly recommend this office.
