Grateful for the receptionist Sara B. in the Vineland location for helping me after waiting an hour and no one wanted to try. I’ve been a medical receptionist before and wasn’t happy until I spoke to her! She is great. Dr Levitsy took me seriously when explaining my situation to him, very kind, and understanding. Moving forward with a procedure that will help tremendously. Overall once Sara started helping, my visit was smooth and successful.

Was not able to get the injection in my knees because it was not approved yet. I have to go back in 3 weeks to get the injection.
Dr Livitsky was great with my mom and very interested in what I had to say. Questions were answered and under the circumstances of my mom it was a productive visit. Discussion was held on what the plan is going forward and what my expectations are for her.
I originally came in for pain in my elbow which he gave me a Cortizone shot for. They ordered X-rays of my wrist as well and I was told that I needed to be seen separately for that. When I asked about making an appointment for it, the tech asked the Dr to look at my X-rays. I was told by my primary that it was a ganglion cyst. Dr. L kept telling me he didn’t think that it was a cyst that it was just inflammation because the cyst was not protruding at the time of the appointment.
